Pursut sends appointment, quote follow-up, review and billing reminders on behalf of your contractor. If you got a text from a Pursut-managed number, it's because a local contractor you contacted — or did business with — uses Pursut to run their customer communication. Messages come from that contractor's dedicated business number and always identify the business by name.
Message frequency varies. Typical volume is a handful of messages around an estimate, a job, or an invoice — not a drip campaign. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Text STOP to opt out. You'll get one confirmation message and then nothing further. STOP is honored automatically and immediately, at every step of every conversation. CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL and UNSUBSCRIBE work the same way.
Text HELP for help, or email hello@pursut.com. You can also reply to any message — replies go to the contractor, and a real person follows up.
You're only messaged if you reached out first or are an existing customer of the contractor: you called or texted their tracked business line, submitted a lead form, or have an active estimate, job, or invoice with them. End customers opt in verbally or by texting the business's tracked line. Contractors using Pursut agree to obtain any consent required to contact their customers. We never buy, rent, or scrape phone lists, and we never message anyone who has opted out.
Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
