Pursut LLC runs customer communication for contractors: missed-call text-back, lead capture and booking, quote follow-up with open tracking, review requests, referral links, invoice reminders and payment nudges — plus a weekly results text. A real person sets it up and operates it. Clients log into nothing unless they want to.
Pricing
- Basic — $500 one-time setup + $199/month.
- Pro — $750 one-time setup + $299/month.
Service is month-to-month after setup. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No long contracts.
The guarantee, in plain English
Each plan carries a rolling 30-day guarantee window that starts at onboarding (or a start date agreed in writing):
- Basic — at least one job booked (a quote marked won) within the 30-day window, or the next month's service fee is free.
- Pro — at least $299 of your invoices collected (marked paid) within the 30-day window — recovering the monthly fee — or the premium month is free.
The guarantee credits a month of service fees. It is not a cash payout, and it requires the client to do their part: provide accurate customer and quote data and let the system run.
Money
Pursut never holds, routes, or touches client funds. Invoice reminders carry a pay link to the client's own payment processor. Pursut's only charges are its own setup and monthly fees.
Messaging and consent
We message only a client's own customers and inbound leads — never purchased lists. STOP is honored automatically (see the SMS Policy). Clients are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact their customers.
Data
A client's customer data is theirs. We export it on request and delete it after offboarding, per the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use of this site
Don't abuse the site: no scraping, no spamming the lead form, no attempting to access other businesses' data. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.
Liability
The service is provided as described, without warranties beyond it. To the extent the law allows, Pursut LLC's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior three months. Pursut is a communication service — it is not responsible for the contractor's work, quotes, or invoices themselves.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
